Michelle L. Feola has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago as vice president and general counsel for the company and its affiliate title company, Fort Dearborn Title. In this role, Feola will oversee legal matters, regulatory matters, compliance and leasing.
Prior to taking on this leadership role, Feola had an established relationship with BHHS Chicago. She has served as outside counsel to the company through the Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd. legal team. There, Feola handled various commercial disputes, with a particular focus on real estate law. “Michelle’s knowledge of our business and the real estate landscape, both locally and nationally, is impressive,” said Diane Glass, CEO of BHHS Chicago.
In addition to her time at Fuchs & Roselli, Feola served as an assistant Cook County District Attorney. She graduated from Fordham University and received her JD from Temple University in 2003. Feola is also an active member of the Illinois State and Cook County Bar Associations.
A BHHS Chicago press release notes that in her spare time, Feola enjoys spending time with her family — and reading “something other than legal documents.”
