The Oppo Find N’s foldable price makes it a much better deal than the Fold 3

Oppo unveiled the foldable Find N a few days ago, confirming rumors that its Inno Day event this week will bring us the full official launch of the phone. At the time, the Chinese smartphone maker was only offering fans a teaser video and a brief development history of Oppo Find N. Oppo did not reveal full details of the Find N design, the datasheet or the price and release dates. Fast forward to Wednesday, and those details are finally official. They are impressive enough to put direct pressure on Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 3. This is mainly because the Oppo Find N has a much better price tag than Samsung’s foldable flagship.

Oppo Find N foldable design

The Oppo Find N characteristics the same design as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 with a few key differences. When folded, the Find N has a larger screen that’s not as tall as the Fold’s, as we already explained in our previous coverage.

What’s also great about the foldable Oppo Find N is that the phone has a foldable OLED panel. by samsung. Additionally, the Chinese handset supplier used an Ultra Thin Glass (UTG) cover on the foldable display rather than plastic. That means the Find N should be at least as durable as the Fold 3. And that increased durability comes at a more affordable price than Samsung’s foldable.

Plus, one of the coolest features of Oppo Find N is something the Fold 3 doesn’t have. This is the Flexion hinge that has appeared in the teasers before. The Oppo Find N hinge has a teardrop design that allows the foldable screen to fold when the handset is folded so that the phone folds neatly. There will be no gap with this phone, as there is with the Fold. The X-ray image below perfectly shows the Oppo Find N folds.

Additionally, the hinge should reduce the visibility of the crease that appears on devices with foldable screens.
